Ramsgate Harbour is a three story, 66 unit complex, with 550 feet of the most beautiful white sand beaches just off the balconies of the complex. Ramsgate Harbour is ideally located away from the high rise condos and Spring Break crowd; but close to some of Floridaās finest restaurants, shopping, and other entertainment options. Bayou Billās is right across the street or head east down the beach and try Boars Head, Pineapple Willeyās, Captain Andersonās or Pier 77. Go West toward Seaside to the Beaches of South Walton (Highway 30A) and choose from Shades, Terrace Restaurant, Bud and Alleys, or The Red Bar. Very nice and we would go back, good location, clean and updated unit, right next to pool.With checkin, make sure you get the link to register your cars. I didnāt get, got a warning and called and within minutes had all registered.Also, dryer does not heat very good if any at all. Might want to have that checked.Overall very nice.

Loved the quieter beach area!!! Needs some improvements- shower curtain rod rusted, living room curtain rod rusted as well as the grommets in the curtain. The place was musty smelling and damp feeling. Patio furniture lacking, one chair broken, one comfortable chair per patio area. Sunset view from patio is blocked by an building. Apparently the freezer wasnāt cleaned out after last guest or they would have found the ice pack that was blocking the door from being closed. The dryer didnāt heat up enough to dry clothes. Sent repairman, he vacuumed the lint trap and tested the heat, was reading that it was heating however, he stated it would need to be fixed, he would see if he had the part and get back with us. We tried to dry clothes, it quick working again. Contacted RealJoy and they sent another guy out two days later, he said itās the circuit board and the machine will have to be replaced. That didnāt help us at all!!! Hopefully itās replaced by the time the next guest comes. Nothing done in a timely manner. Definitely not happy with the way things were handled and will not be staying at another place owned by RealJoy.
