The Space:
Cozy up in this Downtown home where the craftsman ambiance and tall pines make you feel like you're on a forest getaway! Just blocks from downtown Coeur d' Alene public beaches, parks, shopping, dining, and entertainment, you will sure love the convenient location of the Forest Chateau. And with the quiet yard and refined interior details, this home is the perfect setting for your vacation to Coeur D' Alene.
Immediately upon entering through the quiet back door, you'll notice the stunning ceiling beams and hardwood floors throughout the home. The first room to greet you is the upgraded kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and polished details. The sophisticated charm continues into the dining area where a large wood table seats eight and a bay window with a bench becomes the perfect reading nook. Featuring a 48" TV and DVD player, family games, and comfortable leather furniture, the living space completes this great room.
Around the corner, you'll find the first bedroom with a king bed, beautiful details, and TV. Through the sliding barn door, the ensuite bathroom awaits with dual stone vanities, a stone and glass rain shower, and a stacked washer/dryer set for all your laundry needs.
Ascend the stairs (where the second level has its own climate control for added comfort) to find the second bedroom with two bunk beds, each with a full-sized bed on the bottom and a twin on top. On one side of the room, a round peek-a-boo window illuminates the play area where you'll find a toy area with a loveseat that folds out into a spare twin-sized bed.
Continue down the hall to find another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, black and white tiles, and a stone-basin sink--a signature bathroom sink in this home. At the end of the hall, you will find a closet stocked with children's amenities (stair gate, high chair, and Pack n Play), and beyond, you will find the third bedroom. This space is both serene and comfortable with a queen bed, 44" Smart TV, and extra seating to enjoy the view from the south and east-facing windows.
Back outside, relax on the cozy front porch, or settle in on the padded wicker furniture on the back deck. There's additional seating around the bar-top table with a propane fire in the middle to spend time with your party while dinner sizzles on the grill.
