This area is just before the exit of the residence on the left hand side, and is less than 1 minute from the house driving and 5 minutes walking.
Both clubhouses have free parking available.
The house has a Crib/ Pack and play/ High Chair/ Stroller (at no additional cost)
These are the extra services we offer:
*Bbq Grill: It has a cost of $43 for the entire stay
The Bbq grill works with gas and propane, utensils and cleaning are included.
*Pool Heating: It has a cost of $39 per day
The pool may take up to 24 hours to heat up, so it must be requested in advance, it can be requested for a minimum of 2 consecutive days and the pool temperature rises up to 95 degrees.
Providing a good service is extremely important to us, during your stay we will be available to assist you 24/7 through the VRBO chat or phone call.

Very relaxing, quiet neighborhood, the house looked pretty new inside very neat and very well designed to accommodate multiple families, would definitely consider this place again if we come to this area

Amazing beautiful house and plenty of room for everyone. Pool is awesome. Location is awesome. Communication with the people nothing but pure awesomeness
What we didn’t like was the house was too hot. We would set it at 70 and it would not drop pass 72 degrees and yet it would go back to preset 72 degrees (magically). at home in North Carolina we have it at 68 degrees and when we lived in Miami it was set @ 66 all day. We were all always hot. And the people who pick up the trash from the container from front of door, they leave a trail of trash from the door to the sidewalk. Birds flying everywhere.
