Welcome to your resort-style waterfront retreat! Private gated community Yacht Harbor Village Marina at the Hammock Beach Resort is located on the Intracoastal Waterway and A1A, beach side of the island. Unobstructed view of the Intracoastal and just half a mile to the beach.

You will find beautiful accommodations with electric fireplace, security safe, high speed Internet, three TVs, including 55" Smart TV with Cable channels. Kitchen is equipped with a new stainless steel Samsung Family Hub refrigerator, stove, microwave, oven and dishwasher. Walk in and admire a large open concept living area, granite countertops throughout and maple cabinets in the kitchen overlooking the living and dining areas with a wet bar for entertaining.
Spacious master bedroom with tray ceilings has a king size bed, couch, writing desk, two closets, security safe and smart TV. Second bedroom overlooks the marina and offers a king size bed. For a group of 6 people, living room has a comfortable queen size pull-out sleeper sofa. Each room has a smart TV.
Condo will be fully sanitized prior to your arrival and GermGuardian 4-in-1 Air Purifier with UV-C Sanitizer is available for use during your stay.

If you appreciate high quality music and sound, you will love our 4-in-1 Victrola retro record player that combines a timeless nostalgic look with modern technology. For sunset lovers, Yacht Harbor Village is one of the few buildings on the “ocean” side of the Intracoastal that faces west, allowing our guests to watch the sun drop on the horizon. In addition, you are on the beach side of the Hammock Dunes Bridge and can enjoy the Intracoastal lifestyle, just a few blocks from the ocean.
Choose lunch from many great local restaurants or enjoy a nice picnic and connect with nature. In a mood for a homemade meal? Publix grocery store is just a mile down the road. Large fully equipped kitchen stocked with pots and pans, cooking gadgets, 2 coffee makers - Keurig and drip brew, toaster, microwave, oven, stove, full-size refrigerator and dinner place settings.
Enjoy great oceanfront restaurants, wine bars, farmers markets, live music, art galleries, kite flying and surfing. There is a lot to do and see or choose to relax and do nothing at all. Take a short drive to swim with the dolphins at Marineland or explore one of 40 local parks and many hiking trails. Enjoy the coastal ocean drive to Flagler Beach or satisfy your need for racing at the Daytona International Speedway. You can rent a canoe, kayak, or sail a boat around here. Miles and miles of scenic trails are perfect for walking and bird-watching.
Our direct waterfront condo is located between the nation's oldest city St. Augustine and Daytona Beach with easy access to everything this area has to offer. Only 20 minutes to St. Augustine, 30 min to Daytona Beach, and 75 min to Orlando's attractions. We're close enough for a day trip to Disney World, Kennedy Space Center and more. When you're ready to escape the crowds and traffic, you can come back and relax in the “quiet side of Florida.”

My fiancé and I came for an early celebration of his 50th birthday. We had a great time. There was plenty to do or we could just relax. The hosts were very kind and understanding. I have mobility issues so we were grateful for the elevator, luggage carts, and short walk to the condo! The sunrise is wondetful from the beach and the sunset is breathtaking from the balcony (Or, take a romantic sunset cruise. We did!)
We are already talking about returning and have recommended this resort-like getaway to our friends and family. You really can't beat the value. Far enough away from the crowds but close enough to drive or bike your way to the beach and plenty of restaurants.

We had a great stay in yacht harbor!!!! We had everything wet needed, the accommodations were great and Galina our Vrbo contact was amazing and checked in with us throughout our visit to make sure we had everything we needed!!!
