You will feel perfectly at home in this Brand New 4 bedroom,3 baths (2 en-suite) + laundry Villa. It has all you need for a comfortable stay. Boasts a vibrant backyard with a heated pool, sitting for 10 people, and 6 Lounge chairs & a beautifully designed interior.
*Only two cars can be kept outside of the property if you have a 3rd car it needs to be kept in the garage*
This beautiful modern home has been fully furnished and designed for your family to have the best South Florida experience, all items were carefully selected to ensure you experience hotel-style luxury and quality comforts.
Perfect for large families traveling together, couples on a getaway, large groups, or those in town for business.
HEATED POOL - Pool is heated so you can enjoy it all year round, even on those once in a while chilly Florida evenings.
If you feel like taking a break in the finest restaurants that Fort Lauderdale has to offer you can always spend the night cooking your favorite meal in the fully equipped kitchen that has all the essentials for a great home-cooked meal. The Stove Top is Natural Gas. You will also be able to jumpstart your day with our Keruig coffee maker.
After a long day of sightseeing or working, come relax in the living room and watch a movie on the huge 75" inches flatscreen smart tv. All 4 bedrooms also have flat-screen smart TVs so that you can watch movies or your favorite tv show was you rest up from a long day at the beach.
There are four bedrooms, all with quality linens.
-The Master Bedroom has a King size bed with its own bathroom.
-The second Master has two full-size beds with also a bathroom en-suite.
- The 3rd bedroom has two full-size beds.
- The 4th has a queen-size bed.
There are 3 full bathrooms all equipped with modern showers and fixtures.
High-speed Wifi, central A/C, and a massive laundry with washer and dryer, all included in your stay at no extra cost to you!
A Pack 'n Play (travel crib) is available upon request for an additional fee of $100. Please let us know at least one week before your arrival if you’d like it prepared for your stay.
Guest will be able to access the property via the electronic door lock for which the code will be provided the day of move-in.
- Code is changed out after each guest for security purposes.
Guests can reach out to the Stay Today team to for any inquiries, questions or issues that may arise from 9AM until 9PM. Additionally, the building front desk is always happy and available to assist at the main lobby 24/7.
Any calls/messages after 9:00PM will be answered the following morning during regular business hours.
- To ensure a smooth check-in and meet HOA requirements, we kindly ask that all guests sign a short liability agreement at least 24 hours before check-in. This is a mandatory step with no exceptions - check-in instructions can only be provided once the agreement is completed.
If not submitted on time, the reservation may be at risk of cancellation.

- After booking guest will be asked:
1. Sign additional rental agreement and liability waiver.
2. Provide a valid form of ID of primary guests and a list of first/last names of all occupants.
- Smoking inside the property is prohibited. Should Guest violate this rule, Guest will be liable for any damages that may have been caused by such action. A $500 environment cleaning fee will be assessed should the Guest choose to smoke inside the house.
- The guest shall use the home for residential vacation purposes only. Parties, gatherings, and large events on the Property, consisting of more than the number of Occupants allowed, are strictly forbidden.
VIOLATORS WILL BE EVICTED WITHOUT ANY REFUND.
- The home may not be used in any commercial way, or as a locale for public events, commercial promotions, of product and service.
- All Occupants who stay overnight, must be registered.
Additionally, Pool and Landscape professionals do come to the house weekly to conduct their businesses, they cannot be scheduled and would appreciate it if they would complete their tasks in a timely manner.
On a final note. Insects, by far, are the most common creatures on our planet and the sunshine state is home to many of them. And yes, we have scheduled pest control services regularly to mitigate their presence.
- After booking guest will be asked:

2. Provide valid form of ID of primary guests and list of first/last names of all occupants.
!! ONLY 2 CARS CAN BE PARKED AT THE DRIVEWAY (Vacation rental state law, $2500 ticket for violation).
- Smoking inside the property is prohibited. Should Guest violate either rule, Guest will be liable for any damages that may have been caused by such action. A $500 environment cleaning fee will be assessed should the Guest chooses to smoke inside the house.
- The guest shall use the Villa for residential vacation purposes only. Parties, gatherings, and large events on the Property, consisting of more than the number of Occupants allowed, are strictly forbidden.
The house is equipped with noise detectors.
VIOLATORS WILL BE EVICTED WITHOUT ANY REFUND.
- The Villa may not be used in any commercial way, or as a locale for public events, commercial promotions, of product and service.
- All Occupants who stay overnight, must be registered. The amount of occupants in the Villa is constantly monitored by our exterior cameras.
- We DO the inventory after each check-out to control if there are broken and/or missing components of the Villa.
- Please be informed, there are active security cameras that monitor the outer perimeter of the property for your and your families safety.
- Please note that is unlawful to allow for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence.
- BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here. The property manager was quick to answer any questions we had, and was able to assist us with the check-in process when we ran into trouble. The neighborhood was quiet but in the perfect location, as it was about a 5 minute drive from the beach, activities, and local restaurants. Would definitely recommend this place!!

We loved our stay here. Upon entering the home it was very clean and contemporary. Pictures don’t do this home justice. The pool area is very lovely. Stay today was very accommodating! They were awesome with responded if we had questions. This home is perfect for family gatherings. It is located in a nice residential area so you are limited to parking and can not use the outside entertainment (pool) after 9:30pm. We had a lot planned outside the home so that did not bother us. We were able to enjoy amenities during the day. Very very lovely and I would definitely stay again!!!

My husband, mother-in-law and I stayed here for a long weekend and enjoyed our stay. Within a 20 min walk, you can be down where the action is (beach, restaurants and shopping),
