New listed by multi-year premier host. Awesome 3 bedroom two bath beach house less than five minutes from beach. All the amenities including High speed internet and 4K TVs throughout. You will fall in love with this cozy beach house as you relax and enjoy your vacation.
***Santa Rosa County requires that we separately collect a 5% Tourist Tax on your rate and the cleaning fee. We have no control over this tax and VRBO requires us to collect it separately.
***We do allow pets but they MUST be approved by the owners and there is a $50.00 non-refundable pet fee.***
***The maximum number of occupants for this property is six. We do NOT allow extra people to sleep on the couch or floor. If you have more than six people you will be asked to leave immediately and you will NOT receive a refund***

For the price, this house is pretty good and in an excellent location. We visited for 4 nights with no complaints, but if I could change 1 thing, it'd be a new couch. Has nice size fenced backyard that was perfect for my 2 boxers. I'd stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house is close to restaurants & the beach. On our next trip to Navarre, we hope this house will be available!

Super clean house with everything needed for our stay. Communication with host was excellent. They are very friendly. Book this house - you won't be sorry!
