Family Friendly home w/ game room- Perfect Location

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions that we had. The house is situated with beautiful green space behind it and a small stream running just in front of the property. We saw deer and a fox while we were there. Not something I expected inside Kansas City. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was amazing! We all had a great time The only problem we had was getting out of bed because they were sooo comfortable! I will be booking here when I plan another trip.

We loved this space! The hosts were very communicative when we had a hiccup during our stay. We had a blast playing in the game room downstairs. Legends, ameristar and ikea were all a short drive away from the house, which is located in a beautiful, quiet area. We hope to come back sometime in the future!

The house was nice but missing some things that I've never seen before in a VRBO home. We had no washclothes, Kleenex, and no televisions in the bedrooms. No trash cans in the bedrooms as well. The house had very little furniture in the living room even though it can sleep up to 14 so most of the time we had to sit in the dining room chairs or the floor. The faucet in the bathroom was broken. The bunk beds were so rickety I made our childrenkids sleep on the floor on the mattreses. The bedroom door didn't close at all and the sliding doors in the living room were gapped open as well. The front door didn't close properly either. Overall the house needs some work. Some of the issues are a safety hazard. There were no child proof outlet covers. The doors to the entertainment center are not securely hooked on. My baby touched one and it fell off and hit him on the head. thsfloor. The house worked for what we needed it for but it needs needs some improvements done to be safe in my mind. The garage door didn't work and the ac was broken when we got there. The owner had the ac guy come fix it but I got the impression if that had happened and they didn't come fix it we would have had to just deal with it. We weren't offered any type of reimbursement for dealing with extremely hot temperatures the first night. My sister and her kids had to sleep on the floor of our room. I don't think we would stay here again or recommend it to anyone. The house is in a good part of town and the wild
