The living room is where you will find access to your private patio that runs the entire length of the house, perfect for entertaining. The living room also features a Smart TV which allows you to choose from a variety of shows and movies for family movie night. The kitchen even comes stocked with all the equipment necessary to prepare beach snacks, a home-cooked meal, or maybe even a decadent dessert. The kitchen and living room are located on the first floor. Discover the second bedroom and third bedroom on the first level. Then, travel up to the second floor to find the spacious primary bedroom. The house is beautiful and the view of the gulf is amazing! We loved seeing the sunrise from the beach each morning and watching the dolphins every day. The beds were very comfortable and the house provided all that we needed for preparing meals. We loved using all three deck areas.We were two days into our stay when we started seeing bugs in the kitchen area, and we saw them every day after that. We reached out to SVR and were told the property is sprayed monthly so there was nothing more they could do. This was the only complaint we had and the response time from Southern Vacation Rentals was very quick which we appreciated.

Our family usually goes to very secluded beaches. We wanted white sand and clearer water & gave Navarre a try. Navarre is less populated that many Florida beaches, but the house being right by a public beach access did make for a steady trickle of people every day, even off season and on weekdays. It was busier than pictures looked online. Kids loved private sand yard! House has amazing decks (best feature!) with shade and sun...& had a great warm outdoor private sand shower, in addition to an outdoor open cold one. Indoors is beautiful and as advertised. Beds are comfortable. Master bath and room lovely! Only minor issues indoors were lack of extra bed pillows on beds (just 2 instead of 4), the refrigerator ice filter needing replacement, & some chipped or older very cheap dishes, pans, & utensils. (Nothing that affected our stay, but less nice than some other higher end VRBOs by private owners.) Outdoors needs maintenance with paint & board walk (nail pops, splinter hazards, old wood).We really enjoyed the availability of beach service through Lazy Days Beach Service. House also has some chairs and beach toys on deck under stairs. (Some things need replacement due to rust.)Overall, great stay. I loved the sturdy locks on deck and board walk for kids' safety. View of ocean is incredible! It is one of the closest rental houses available to rent near more secluded national shoreline. Walking down there away from people was wonderful! House very clean!

Wonderful stay! Prompt response to all questions or needs. Beautiful home on the inside, comfortable beds (always my pet peeve). Wonderful team and would definitely reserve thru Southern again and stay here! Can't wait to come back.
