About this apartment rental
Powder Run unit C-13 finished a complete remodel and renovation in November 2020. We love our location in lower Deer Valley and the proximity to Deer Valley Ski Resort. The interior has been remodeled to accommodate modern lifestyles with newly drawn architectural plans to increase the living spaces. The completely remodeled home features new flooring, cabinetry, appliances, counter tops, beds, linens, kitchen ware, extra large sectional sofa, large dining tables & chairs, etc. Let’s not forget the luxury of heated floors in the bathrooms.
This 2 bedroom and 2 ½ bath condo is a perfect home for family and friends. The Master Suite features a king size bed and a large bathroom with a double vanity, a large walk-in shower and private water closet. The Guest Suite features a king size bed and a twin-size bunk bed. The bathroom provides ample room with separate vanities and a beautiful tub/shower. This home is a perfect size for six persons. The open patio, overlooking the ski slopes, features a private Jacuzzi tub for you to enjoy or relax inside by the real wood burning fireplace to keep you warm. Large TVs are in each bedroom and an oversized one in the living room. Wi-Fi is included so everyone can stay connected to the world.
The kitchen is completely outfitted for a beginner or if you consider yourself a chef to prepare breakfast or any meal. While preparing food or beverages, you can enjoy overlooking the dining area and open living room. All with spectacular views out the oversized window wall looking at the slopes of Deer Valley. We have installed a full size washer and dryer for your use during your stay.
Located only 100 meters (about a two minute walk) from Snow Park Lodge at the base of Deer Valley Ski Resort, you will be able walk to the slopes to begin your day of skiing or hiking and biking in the warm months. This home is a great location for families who have different schedules and needs for mountain fun. You will not need a car, as the free Park City bus system stops right outside the unit and will take you to Park City, Old Town Park City, Kimball Junction and throughout the area.
Our condo has secured, underground parking for your vehicle and a private secure ski locker for all your ski gear. Deer Valley Resort offers complimentary overnight ski storage as well. Deer Valley is known for its professionally groomed slopes and an unmatched 2,000 acres of wide-open terrain and runs full of Utah's signature powder. Check in was easy. Wi-Fi great. Easy access to bus. Short walk to downtown Park City. Short walk to ski lift. This home was very clean. They had all the accessories that you would need. Well stocked. Owners are easy to access. Everything was great and as advertised.

The condo was perfect for my family's end of the ski season trip to Deer Valley. The location is so convenient to the slopes as well as Main Steet Park City. The unit was very pretty, super clean, and had everything that you would need. Definitely a 10/10, I would absolutely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hosts communication was great throughout and it's clear they really take pride in their property. With three young kids we stay at a lot of vacation rentals over hotels. Some are clearly rentals only with poor quality furniture and furnishings. Some are more like personal homes with too much wear and tear and too many personal belongings. I thought this one struck the perfect balance of having enough but not so much you felt out of place. This condo is easily accessible from the garage. The grocery carts in the garage were a nice touch for a glorified pack mule father that carries 95% of everything. The hot tub was quality, kept at a proper temperature, and the water was conditioned properly. Having access to ample firewood and trust to use the wood burning fireplace was something we really appreciated. The walk to the lodge was less than 5 minutes and since you can store all your stuff there it made it really easy for our in-between days. Highly recommend.

This is one of the cleanest and most comfortable VRBOs in which we have stayed. Everything was well organized and the proximity to Snow Park Lodge was great!
