In the private neighborhood of Skyview, centrally-located and close to downtown work and nightlife, UT, shops and restaurants, QC Stadium (soccer) and Formula1, but shielded from city life, you'll find this beautifully maintained early-1950's craftsman bungalow, perfect as a temporary family rental or homebase for living/working in Austin. Our home features an open living/dining area, multiple office space options, well-equipped kitchen and a large backyard with open-lattice pergola shaded by mature oak trees. Original oak wood floors throughout offer a continuous flow through the open and well-lighted house.

We chose this location to be close to the NAPA Center in North Austin for therapy for our grandson. The house was perfect for our son and his family with a special needs child. Owner was so nice and helpful.

My friends and I stayed in this house for over a month, and it was perfect for us! Ann was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had right away. The house is accurately listed and so cute! It was right next to the 7 bus, so getting to and from the house was easy without a car. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property!

The area appears to be deteriorating and there was a giant pothole in front of property. Centrally located and very quite at night. Would stay there again home was perfect for grandparents with two grandkids.

The host was a delight to communicate with from beginning of booking to end. My company reserved this space for 3 business associates from Belgium. It was perfect for them and they thoroughly enjoyed their first trip to Texas. She was accommodating to their requests and made them feel welcome. Highly recommend.
