The home was perfect for a large family to have fun together and also enjoy their own spaces. The home is clean and very well-maintained. The team from Harborview Rentals were very attentive and we would all look to specifically rent from them again.

Great location and layout for our group of eight. The house was well equipped, although it could use some updating. It did take us a couple of days to get the hot tub figured out and to the right temp. It turns out that it had been turned down previous yo our check in. Otherwise, no issues.

Great property! We had a great time with three generations of family. Lots of extra paper products around and all of the things needed for the week at the beach and pool!

Prior to arrival I had read a review saying there were problems with no directions on how to operate the hot tub. I asked the manager about the issue and he assured me there were directions for operation in the house on the tablet. We arrived and it did not work. There were no directions and no tablet. We called the manager the next morning and he again said the directions were in the packet he gave me. In the packet were directions for another house. The pool pump was also not working and there were thousands of pieces of plastic floating in the pool making it unusable. They finally called the pool company but they were not able to come out until Thursday afternoon. We had been in the house since Saturday evening. We were clearly upset so they sent out their maintenance person who confirmed that there was something wrong but could not fix it. We were able to use the pool 1.5 days of our 7 day stay. We have asked for a refund of part of our rental fee which was over $6000. They have ignored our request. The reason we chose the house was because of the pool. We otherwise would not have rented it.
