Composed of two side-by-side townhouses, this brand-new 4BR/4.5BA vacation rental has a prime location close to the best of Nashville. A fantastic hub for city adventures, you can explore the highlights of the city within a short drive. Perks inside each vacation rental include an all-suite layout, a gleaming kitchen, and a tastefully decorated living area.

** If traveling with a larger group, consider renting the two adjacent townhouses as well (each 2BR). **

LIVING AREA

After a day of exploring, relax in the open living area in each townhouse, furnished with a smart TV. One townhome has a sofa bed, while the other has two.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up delectable dishes in two well-equipped kitchens, each fitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances.

When meals are served, each townhouse has a six-person dining table.

BED & BATH

This vacation rental sleeps 13 guests between the two nearly identical townhouses, each with two bedrooms. One townhouse has a queen sofa bed in the living area, while the other has two twin sofa beds in the living area. The bedroom arrangements are as follows:

The first suite has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The second suite is furnished with a queen daybed with a twin trundle. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a tub/shower combination. A half bath provides added convenience.

In the adjoining townhouse, both suites are furnished with queen beds, and each has an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A half bath provides added convenience.

Complimentary Wi-Fi and two private washers/dryers are provided.

Shared parking is available for two cars in the adjacent lot.

Each townhouse has a two-story layout.

LOCATION

With a fantastic locale near The Gulch, Music Row, downtown, and Midtown, it’s easy to explore popular hot spots, eateries, and attractions -- all within an 8-minute drive or rideshare.

Take a walk in nearby Centennial Park. Additional attractions include Bridgestone Arena, Ryman Auditorium, Country Music Hall of Fame, and Honky Tonk Row.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
