The Space:
Step into the West Estate at Lone Mountain, set on a 40-acre desert paradise. Enjoy unparalleled privacy with a gated entrance, 8 exquisite bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, a soaring game room loft, and your own private movie theater. Experience the ultimate in seclusion and luxury.
Outdoor Oasis: Arrive at the estate and you will immediately be drawn to the resort style backyard that has a state-of-the-art heated pool, oversized spa, large slide, water features and a covered swim up bar complete with 65 inch TV and fridge to keep those beverages cold. The outdoor area also has plush lounge seating, in-pool seating and lounge chairs to bask in the Arizona sun. Also included for your entertainment is your own putting green, grilling station, firepit, and cornhole!
Indoor Luxury: At HÓZHÓ Scottsdale, we believe any stay should be centered around comfort. All HÓZHÓ Scottsdale properties focus on premier bedding, plush pillows, and soft oversized pool and bath towels. Our homes are professionally furnished with your vacation experience in mind. Enjoy the chef's kitchen complete with wolf appliances and top end cabinets and finishes. After a long day in the sun be sure to wind down in your own private theater complete with Sonos surround sound. We also provide TV’s in each of the living spaces and bedrooms. Bedroom 2 - Queen bed; This library turned into a bedroom offers a second level reading area and access to the wrap around, south-facing balcony. There is an unattached, full bath with walk in shower located in the hallway

Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided the renter is responsible for no damages or incidents.
Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.

My family celebrated my 60th birthday for 5 days ! We had the best time! Sydney was incredible making sure every detail was taken care of. Any issue we had was solved within minutes from help with the hot tub to the air temperature. The amenities like the movie theatre. Great pool, hot tub, pickle ball and Bocce Added so much fun for our 5 grandkids! Thank you!! Thank you for making my birthday weekend so special.

We stayed at the property for a week with six adults and four kids, ages 3-8 years old. The property itself was expansive and the theatre room and the outdoor space/pool was the highlight of the house. We had several issues with the house, some of which were resolved and some of which weren't which made the accommodations less than ideal. One of the bathrooms toilet and shower were not flushing and there was a trickle of water, respectively. The property manager fixed the problem in a timely manner. The worst part of the stay, in terms of comfort and lack of convenience, was the fact that the air conditioning system controlling five bedrooms never worked. Overnight sleeping temperatures were hovering around 75-76 degrees. Over the course of three days people came and assured us the problem was fixed; it never was. We were offered a credit before we were told there wouldn't be a fix by the time we were checking out. While the mgmt co was communicative it really soured the experience. No additional accommodations were offered to us. I would hesitate to stay at this property again, given the inconvenience and lack of comfor we experienced. For the price they charge, one would expect to have a/c, especially in Arizona.
