Super convenient, cozy, modern, newly renovated 4bd townhome for family fun on CAMELBACK. 12 GUESTS. SKI-IN/OUT. Plenty of nearby attractions during all 4-seasons: Camelback Mountain Resort (2mins), Aquatopia (7mins), Pocono State Park (4mins), Kalahari (20mins). Fully stocked kitchen, heating/cooling units, games (foosball table, air hockey, popular board games) and washer-dryer, balcony with BBQ grill and outdoor seating. Hi-Speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Netflix, phone charging station, storage for snow gear. Parking in front. Community offers hot tub, sauna, indoor pool, gym, basketball and tennis courts.
We have a Ring camera at the front entrance of the property.

Lovely accommodations. Spacious and clean. We were very comfortable during our stay. Good distance to all of the hot spots. Only things i would note is the lighting in the room with the bunkbeads. Its a nice space but the lack of lighting made it feel very gloomy.

I was disappointed with the amount of stairs. Main floor was fine but up or down to the bathrooms or bedrooms.

The location was great & the townhouse is very roomie.
Jacob was very responsive to our inquiries. There was no coffee as shown in the pictures. The maintenance man delivered coffee for us after contacting Jacob within a couple hours. My grandson was disappointed there was only a foosball table that is very wobbly and the ball was missing. Jacob advised they were broken by previous guest & to use the game tables at the community center. The furniture is worn but roomie. The loft gets very warm however there is a portable air conditioner to cool it down. No need to turn on the heat in the loft. The heat works very well. I highly recommend taking your family to Aquatopia & using the pool/hot tub & other amenities at the community center. Overall we had a good stay.

We only booked this property because we thought it was a “true” ski on and off. It is a more than a “short walk” to the slopes, especially carrying ski gear and wearing boots. Board games were advertised, but there was only a deck of cards. We didn’t realize the upstairs room had no doors and was loft style, difficult to sleep if others are hanging out. Also didn’t realize there is only a bathroom upstairs in loft and downstairs. There is no bathroom on main level. Also the property had no wash cloths to shower with.
Overall the property was clean and maintained well. The owner did respond immediately if I had any questions. Just wasn’t what we expected.
