About this house rental
Enjoy the beautiful sunsets and bountiful wildlife at this lakefront house from the two covered decks. The private covered boat dock features two slips, a water slide and a sunning deck. Living spaces on each level allow for a variety of entertainment option. Upstairs features an open floor plan with a fully furnished kitchen, living room and dining table for 8. For your convenience there are charging stations in the small end tables and the top of the coffee table can be lifted to use as an additional table. Downstairs is a second living area with a refrigerator, air fryer/toaster oven and a Keurig. Enjoy the lake with swimming from the dock (No Diving) or use the kayaks and paddle boards provided for your use. Enjoy a cookout on the gas grill with outdoor dining on the lower patio. The upper level deck has a porch swing and 2 bar height seats with bistro table, excellent for beverages and snacks. In the evening sit around one of the two fire pits, one wood burning and the other propane, and roast marshmallows or just enjoy some beverages while you watch the beautiful sunsets (fire wood not provided) Recent updates include repairs to the dock in December2022 also both boat lifts repaired or replaced December 2023. Stairs from the house to the dock replaced in September 2023. Miscellaneous repairs to the stairs and upper deck, repairs to the area leading to the water slide and the water slide pump Winter & Spring 2024.

Beautiful and peaceful, it was fun to see the boats and fishermen coming through. Host was responsive and house was perfect.

Our family loved this property, especially the fully furnished dock! We are a fishing family so it was great to launch our kayaks and fish from there and also have a lot of family fun in the lake with the slide, tubes and paddle boards. Another highlight of this property is an amazing coffee bar!

We had a fantastic week staying at Watts Bar Lake in this house! The house has just about everything you could ask for. The kitchen is decked out for whatever you might want to cook. They have very nice cookware and accessories. I think of myself as a demanding home chef and I was not disappointed. Do you want an example? They had ghee in the cupboard and said we could use it. The dock for the boat is immaculate, and well maintained, perfect for pontoon boat that we rented for the week we were there. It's covered, and there's a water slide! The view from the place is amazing. I'm pretty sure from their multiple level viewing areas you are looking out at the widest part of the lake. There's a little island that you can kayak to with the kayaks and paddles that are provided. There are also to stand up paddle boards. The grill was a nice Char-Broil brand. I cooked lobster tails, steak, and chicken wings on it. It worked perfectly. I had one question for Becky when we got there, it turned out to be a stupid question, but she called me right away and was nice as can be. We had a saying the rest of the week "Becky has it going on." I can't say enough about the quality hosting that was going on by these owners. It's like nothing I've ever seen in a VRBO rental. I offer our greatest thanks to Becky and her husband!!! (he's the stud who cooks with ghee!). We will be back if they will have us, no doubt about it!!
