We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. This unit is in excellent condition. The owners really have done a lot to keep it nice. The unit is in Building B, which is ocean front. But from the balcony, you can see the ocean by looking over Building A. You can also see the pool. The complex did have elevator issues during our week, not to any fault of the owners of this unit of course.I’d recommend leaving all beach stuff in your car in the garage, for this reason.

The condo was beautiful and was perfect for us. We loved the view of the ocean. We enjoyed sitting in the living room and seeing the ocean! It was well equipped with everything we needed. I would highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a nice comfortable place to stay.
