Perfect house for our family get together of 9adults and 2 children. Everything you need is within 2 miles and a quick 35 minute Uber to Broadway in Nashville. We renewed our vows after being married for 25 years. The 3rd floor balcony had more than enough room for everyone and it was a beautiful backdrop for our renewal. Tammy was very attentive and quick to respond.

We had a wonderful family vacation. The pool was lovely and there were lots of pool rafts to enjoy. We also enjoyed seeing all the deer in the neighborhood. Not really a touristy area but we still enjoyed our stay and spending time together.

House was great. Plenty of room for the family. Great patio spaces. Kitchen worked perfect for a large gathering.

Would have loved to give this property a 5 star rating. Great location, house well set up for multi families and lovingly curated, however, it just wasn’t clean. I would have expected better in a luxury property at this price point. Also, just a heads up for allergy sufferers: property was listed as “no pets”, but this is selective designation. I believe that property owners allow their own pets there.
