Come hang out in this lovingly furnished home full of delights! Recline underneath a lanai next to your own private pool, the lavishly furnished patio set up like your own personal cabana. Each bedroom has a private entrance to the backyard, and the main bedroom also features a private en suite bathroom (complete with double sinks, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub) so you can relax privately. But there are so many indoor spots to relax and enjoy each other's company, all within the comfort of central air conditioning. Two different desk workspaces (one in a living room and one in a separate study) will come in handy if someone needs to complete some remote work. The lovely full kitchen features plenty of counter space to cook, as well as a French door refrigerator and a dishwasher. The home is all one story, so everyone can come along for some poolside fun.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We loved the pool and spa. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was close to street side bicycle paths. Grocery store and many quality restaurants were nearby, as well as a fabulous Italian bakery! The house was decorated beautifully. Beware, though, the 3rd bedroom is actually an office with a pull-out sofa.

The home was not clean when we arrived but it was taken care of the next morning. We received a discount to offset the inconvenience. We never got the tv to work other than Netflix. Not a big deal , just wanted you to know.
The pool looked like it needed service but I used it often. My husband thought there was a film on it so he never used the pool.
Lovely home with everything we needed. The management service, especially Chrystal was fantastic.

Pretty, comfortable, and pet-friendly house.
The area is less pet-friendly, not too many places to take your dog with you, also dog park is available for members only.
One dog beach, but really far and not very nice.
A super annoying and really rude neighbor gives us hard time over dog barking for a few minutes outside in the middle of the day.
Make sure you check out on time, the house cleaning lady starts just right after 10 am.
Anyway, I like the house and I enjoyed staying there.
Go for it.
