Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Very convenient mid-town location. The Unit is spacious, comfortable, well appointed, and well maintained. We loved the easy access to the beach and the indoor pool and hot-tub. We plan to come back!

This unit had everything we needed. The decor was spot on and it looked liked a interior decorators work. Felt extremely comfortable in this condo.

This is our third time taking on VACASA Rentals. FIrst time. Rental beautiful but many issues and not fully addressed. Second time got wonderful condo . Service better. Rented same condo this year. Gorgeous condo . Best customer service we coukd ask for. Condo emaculate. I love that condo. So all I can say is thank you. VACASA. YOU ROCK.

First the positives. Unit was nicely decorated and has great views. Unfortunately we had to rate this a three star because of the negatives. The building is very noisy, you easily hear your neighbors even when inside with all doors closed.
IMPORTANT-this building does NOT restrict construction work on balconies during summer months, as many buildings do in Ocean City. Contractors in the unit below us were using a table saw consistently all day, for multiple days, on the balcony below us which was quite noisy and not what you want to hear on vacation. Given the pricing this unit is asking for, it should be upgraded with devices or cable that allows streaming services.
Unfortunately given the issues outside of the unit we wouldn’t recommend this unit, unless it’s price is reduced to better represent what you are getting.
