Let me share with you this Oh so lovely! apartment for your desired vacation at a step to the Sea. This is a gem in the middle of the romantic zone, where all XL developments start raising, here this remains so comfy petite size building for very personal and attentive service and feeling, like really a home should be. Privacy, Intimacy, distinguish vibe, effortless everyday living provided by planned in ahead solutions to make a great experience, by its services, installations and location. In the living room there is a smart plasma flat screen, with Wi-Fi internet and ROKU so that guests can access any streaming platform to which they are subscribed: Netflix, Hulu, Fox News, HBO Go, etc... Welcome home...!

This apartment at a three-story building is one of a total of 9 units; just being finished its absolute full makeover, bringing up to live this apartment with gorgeous finishing touches, carefully selected great quality equipment; and the goal is to provide you a deserved nice & comfortable stay, at the most reasonable prices comparing the area.
The beach is down there just half block from us, and the area of our location is safe, narrow one-way street with no heavy traffic, surrounded by other hotels and condominiums, with shops of all kinds right from the next street and on. Is at Ocean level, meaning this is not in a hill.


Other things to note
We are flexible at the time of check in, but if the same day of your arrival we have a check out, we will not be able to receive you before 04:00 PM.
Check out time is at 11:00 AM, there is no late check out option.
As for ELECTRICITY you have 25KW included in the price per night. We will take a photo at the moment of the check in and at the end of your stay. The cost per KW exceeded is $7.95 pesos.
Guests, parties, visits, or meetings are not allowed. Smoking is also not allowed inside the apartment, please note that the presence of smoke smell inside the apartment will incur an extra charge of $250 USD.
In the condominium you have a safe, it will be delivered to you in open mode and that way you must leave it when you leave, if you leave it locked it will generate a charge of $100 USD.
The internet service that we contracted is from the largest Mexican companies “IZZI Telecom”, currently there is no company that guarantees 100% service, and we have already adjusted the prices of the accommodation to this circumstance, providing the service at no cost, but not admitting any type of claim for failures in the service.
For monthly stays, weekly cleaning service with change of sheets and towels is included. Although we do not have service personnel in the building, we are always available digitally for any questions or assistance through the app or text messages.
Ideal for short or long stays, this space will allow you to fully enjoy the best of Puerto Vallarta.
Certain types of pets may or may not be allowed, this is by the unit owner's rule, so you should consult me in advance and know that in certain cases additional charges for special cleaning for pets apply.
Ask for our transportation service from the airport to the apartment, round trip and/or one way trip.
