Cozy & well appointed home located South side, just minutes from Aiken’s most popular destinations-Bruce’s Field-Highfields equestrian centers, Whitney/Winthrop-Powderhouse polo fields, Aiken-Houndslake-Woodside golf courses, SNRS & Historic downtown. Enjoy coffee on the deck overlooking the fully fenced yard and cookout on the Weber gas grill in the evening. Home offers fast WiFi, Netflix, Pluto, exterior security lights and doorbell. A home away from home.Welcome to my Cozy Ranch! I've tried to think of everything a traveler would need to know to feel at home, but if you have a specific question, please reach out to me. I provide a What To Know, Things to Do & Places To Eat Guide in the home. It will be waiting for you when you arrive. Your entry will be through a keyless entry pad, with the code established the day you check in, to a code you'll remember.
Wifi Password is available in a Frame, you'll find directly underneath the TV-along with the remote.
One of the full bathrooms contains the Washer/Dryer, iron/ironing board. Laundry Soap can be provided, upon request. There is one blow dryer available in the Linen closet.
I've tried my best to keep the home as "green" as possible, but it's a work in progress. There are Hardwood floors/tile throughout, with area rugs. I offer a Keurig, but provide reusable filters & coffee, not pods, to reduce some plastic waste. There is also a full coffee maker if you prefer. Along with other basic kitchen items, Tea, sugar, creamer, salt/pepper, olive oil, spices, you'll find a Welcome basket stocked with locally sourced items & treats that always vary depending on their availability and season.
Fire Extinguisher is located under the Kitchen sink, along with a flashlight.
If you are bringing your Fur Baby, let me know! There is a fully fenced back yard for your baby to enjoy, just please scoop up the waste and dispose of it in the exterior waste can provided-Poop Scoop provided too. There is also a lead/collar provided , just in case. Forgot the dog bowls? That's ok, it happens, they're under the kitchen sink. If you leave your fur baby in the home alone, while you are out, they must be crated. If you choose not to, any damage caused by your Fur Baby, you will be fully responsible for all damages. **Sorry, NO Cats, no exceptions, I have severe allergies to them, unfortunately.
If you have children traveling, let me know that also. We do have a Highchair & Pack & Play available upon request. Must be requested 24 hours prior to checkin. Play kitchen, toys, board games & playing cards are available, theyre in the office. Nightlights are provided for each bedroom-they will be located in a dresser drawer in each bedroom, incase you need them. There are NO childproof outlet covers in the home, please bring them with you, or let me know prior to your stay & I'll try to assist. There are also NO cabinet locks on any of the Kitchen/Bathroom cabinets doors. Cleaning products utilized in the home are Non-Toxic and GREEN, please reach out for specific questions-concerns.
* Extra Linens will be in each bedroom. Towels in the Linen closet. Vacuum/Broom/Dustpan in the Bathroom with the W/D. Exterior motion detection lights are installed, to assist you while outside. Exterior security cameras at front door and backyard.
**NO Smoking or Vaping within the home. If you do smoke (anything), please utilize the cigarette butt receptacle provided for you on the deck. DO NOT throw cigarette butts on the ground, please.
