Slip away to an elegant home worthy of being a manor for the summer. A wide outdoor deck and a golf course view make this home a perfect spot to enjoy the sunshine. Grill or just relax in the screened-in porch. The rich interior decor features lots of subtle nods to the surrounding area - see if you can find all the seashell lamps! When you're not grilling outside, the luxurious full kitchen (complete with a double oven, stone countertops, and a breakfast bar for two) will provide plenty of space for cooking up your favorite vacation meals. An extra French door refrigerator just off the kitchen can hold snacks or your catch of the day. Central air conditioning will keep everyone cool, and the downstairs office features a built-in desk to help anyone that needs to finish remote work. The living room wet bar (which includes a wine cooler) is perfect for topping off drinks during late night chats. Play some favorite tunes on the home's Sonos sound system as the sun goes down, then head to the garage for a game of Ping-Pong! Guests can enjoy access to an outdoor shower during their stay, as well as shared pools, shared tennis and pickleball courts, and much more.

All the bedrooms of this home are upstairs, so don't worry about disturbing those who have already gone to bed. As you head up the grand staircase, turn right the first set of bedrooms. This first bedroom is just to the right, and features a two-window room and an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower. The second bedroom, the main bedroom of the home, is just next door. This lovely bedroom suite features a reading nook surrounded by windows and an en suite bathroom with two vanities, lovely stained glass art, a soaking tub, and a standalone shower. The second set of bedrooms is at the opposite end of the hall, past the home's laundry room. The third bedroom is on the right, and features an elegant bedroom set in addition to an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The fourth and final bedroom is across the hall, and this classy bunk room features an en suite bathroom with fun teal accents. Each bedroom features hardwood floors and ceiling fans.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
