Did a long weekend getaway with some friends and had a great time! Home was lovely and met all our needs.
A few pointers about the community
1. There is not much flexibility with check-in/check-out times unless you want to pay a fee.
2. “Starter Kit” for toiletries (paper towels and toilet paper) are sparse, so be prepared to get your own as the management company wasn’t willing to provide extras. Disappointing, but that’s their policy.
3. Beach access (unrelated to the property) is strict. The Tram to the beach was wonderful - highly recommend! However Seacrest has access to a 120 foot private beach. A majority of that is taken up exclusively by a chair rental company. If you bring your own gear you probably have about 20-30 feet of beach to set up, space is tight, can’t use other parts of the beach. Pretty dumb, but this is the new 30A I suppose. Tip would be to get there early or be willing to pay $$ for rental chairs/umbrella.
