About this villa rental
The relaxing colours of nature adorn central Istria, a green oasis with a view of the clear blue sea. One such place is a village of Žužići near Višnjan, home to Eleonora, a modern and contemporary villa. Villa Eleonora is fully equipped and boasts modern design and relaxing atmosphere both in the interior, as well as the outside garden area. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room and a bedroom with sauna. The living room featuring a fireplace, connected with a big kitchen and dining room create a cosy open-concept living space overlooking the exterior with large terraces and pool (50m²). There are three beautiful bedrooms on the first floor, all with en-suite bathrooms and balconies to enjoy the view of nature. The garden offers a unique outdoor experience where you can barbeque while your children are enjoying themselves on the playground. There are two bicycles available for exploring the surrounding area. The nearest beaches are 15 km away.

The House was very nice. We enjoyed the pool, sauna, grill and Garden. Especially the communication with the host was great. There was nothing we missed. We traveled with 3 families.

Perfect modern villa with fabulous pool and lists of amenities.
Easy checkin process.
Well stocked kitchen, outdoor BBQ, lots of sun loungers and chairs to sit on. 2 sun umbrellas. Shady area with large dining table for outdoor eating.
30 min walk or 5 minute drive to local village with 3 restaurants, bar and small supermarkets. Easy drives to Porec and Rovinj and northern towns
Accommodation of high standard, all 4 rooms aircon, and there is washing machine and general good facilities.
Would definitely recommend this villa and would stay there again.
