This beautifully rehabbed home in North Las Vegas, NV is 1,500 square feet and includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a 2-car garage. The backyard has a covered patio, a sparkling pool, and a spa. It is less than a 5 minute drive to dine-in restaurants, fast food restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies, Walmart, Big 5, and several banks. All of the necessities are here for you such as pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, blender, crock pot, TV's, ceiling fan, etc. Brand new tile flooring throughout, new baseboards, brand new toilets, new faucets, brand new quartz countertops, freshly painted interior, new light fixtures throughout, freshly painted exterior, propane BBQ grill, and more. There is plenty of outdoor seating. There is a safe to store your valuables. All of this in a nice and safe neighborhood with long-term owners in the surrounding properties. We had a great stay at the Best House. We had three people staying in our group and had plenty of room in the house. It’s a great location for a family or group. The pool was wonderful addition, loved the covered patio too. Using the grill to cook was very convenient. I will definitely stay again when we head back to Vegas! Thanks for a great trip!

Host was friendly and explained everything. There was a book that went over all functions of the house, pool and spa.

This was a quick trip. The house was functional nothing spectacular about the house. Absolutely overcharged for what we got as a rental. We were charged 80 to heat the pool and it never did heat up very disappointing
