Super clean and quiet. Beautiful neighborhood with easy access to Beach. We had a blast fishing off the dock and caught baby red drum, catch and release of course. We wanted to book for Summer 2026 and they are ready reserved.

The location was really nice. The house could use alot of updates. No plug for sink. No door knob on left side door which makes it hard to close the door. Leaking on the closed in porch on back from living area.

The house has a great location and view. We enjoyed ourselves, but there were basic items missing and the downstairs master toilet didn't flush a lot of the time. We called the realty company and had someone out the next day, but it wasn't any better so we gave up on that toilet. There were kitchen basics missing such as measuring cups, measuring spoons, baking dishes, etc. We had to go buy them to cook. The outdoor porches had not been swept and the windows were dirty which hid the beautiful view from inside. The dock was great for fishing which our family enjoyed as we brought a boat down. Overall, with a few tweaks, this place could be really great.
