A $100 cleaning fee will be applied to all reservations.
For guests staying 30 days or longer, the cleaning fee is $200.

Property was clean. Owner was attentive and friendly. My only complaint was the living room couch… it was uncomfortable and worn down. But I would definitely stay here again if ever in the area and needed accommodations.

This tiny house is in a great location. It is near biking trails, museums, only minutes from downtown Bentonville. It is like new, clean and has all the amenities you need. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and look forward to the next visit. Tara, the property manager was very responsive and helpful. I recommend you experience it.
