Welcome to Unit 402!
This sunny coastal condo offers a great getaway, but please note that daytime construction will occur on the property from mid-August through the fall season. To compensate for any daytime noise and workers on site during weekday hours, we have already applied a special, heavily discounted rate to your booking.
Located in the nicest complex in New Smyrna Beach, this brightly decorated unit with all of the best features of home is just a few steps to the beach!
Everything you need for a great stay is here. This comfy condo offers a King in master and- 2 TV'S, 1 VCR.
Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided. There is an app operated washer and dryer on every floor.

We had a very relaxing time. Great to be able to just walk out onto the beach. We also enjoyed the amenities at the facility.Communications with the host were excellent. The few questions we had ahead of time were answered promptly.A very nice vacation. Thanks so much for the great time.

The apartment is well located, and the view from the balcony is wonderful. The manager is great at communicating and quickly sent a repairman to fix a small repair that was needed. The bed is super comfortable. There is a hole in the ceiling above the sliding glass door that really should be repaired.

The decor is dated, and I'm glad nobody had to sleep in the 2nd "bedroom", but my stay here was very good.
