This is in Cabo Real, an exclusive community along the picturesque Cabo sandy beach corridor in San Jose Del Cabo, enjoy sun-kissed summers and cozy winters in this exclusive sanctuary. This area boasts the best sandy beaches, best restaurants, and amazing amenities! Casa Del Mar is a private gated community with seven pools, six hot tubs, a fitness center, wedding venues, restaurants, and a long stretch of white sandy beaches that is perfect for families, friends, and groups of all ages. This 1,500 square foot luxury condo is located in the premier Duna building of Casa Del Mar, which is about 30 yards from the beautiful Cabo beaches, but also adjacent to two luxury private pool areas at Casa Del Mar. Tastefully renovated and all about luxury, every room in this condo has ocean views and beautiful sunsets, even from the bathrooms!
The front master bedroom suite has a plush king bed, incredible ocean views, a 55-inch HD Smart TV with premium satellite TV, and a luxury private bathroom with a custom stone shower with ocean views! Views from the master bedroom suite are incredible and you can listen to the gentile rolling waves every night. Off the master bedroom is a large deck overlooking the ocean, incredible beaches, and some of the most surreal sunsets imaginable. The second master bedroom has two plush queen beds, great ocean views, a 55 inches HD Smart TV with premium satellite TV, a private ocean view deck, and an attached upgraded bathroom with dual vanities and custom stone shower with ocean views.
The living room has a cozy sectional, also with incredible ocean and sunset views, plus a 55-inch HD Smart TV with premium satellite TV and a large private deck with outdoor dining and gas barbeque grill. Adjacent to the living room is a 6-seat dining table and 3 additional bar seats. Tastefully decorated with Latin-inspired contemporary decor, you will find everything you need to have an amazing vacation year-round. The kitchen has new stainless-steel appliances, granite counters, and premium kitchen accessories and supplies that will impress any professional chef! Nothing has been spared to insure you will have a great vacation and will have a hard time leaving your little Cabo paradise.

We had our 2 week family Christmas in this condo and it was great. The condo is fully equipped with everything we needed including beach chairs. The kitchen had a great supply of dished and cooking pots and pans. Beds were comfy and lots of storage for hanging clothes. The condo grounds are so beautiful and the pool area is great as it’s so convenient to this condo. Pricing was a bit higher than we usually spend but we were looking for a difference place in Mexico to visit so we tried Cabo for the first time. We’d definitely rent here again though.

This rental unit was absolutely fantastic, the location was amazing. The entire Casa Delmar complex was also fantastic, lots of pools. Lots of space it wasn’t very busy at all. Great restaurants on site. In addition to a fantastic unit for cooking as well. Beautiful view from the patio. Only suggestion I would have would be for check-in. It was a bit difficult to find the exact location of the condo. A unit map on their site would help.

We stayed here with our 3 college aged children/adults. Had a great stay. Very clean and spacious. Plenty of room for everyone. Loved the patio & the view. The kitchen is incredibly well-equipped and we cooked (grilled) several nights. The property overall was beautiful with a lovely beach & great location (we were more interested in SJC than CSL - although the condo is close to both). Can’t think of anything negative to say about this property!

This is a fabulous property. The unit is well stocked beyond anything I could imagine. Had binoculars for whale watching from the balcony (yes we saw whales!). We also watched the flying rays from the balcony (didnt need binoculars for that but the close up was beautiful with them). The grounds looked more like the island of Maui with the flowers in bloom than the desert landscaping surrounding it! So lush! The kitchen was well stocked with an abundance of utensils including blender and food processor. Clearly someone owns this place and kept it stocked for their guests. We didn’t use them but there are also beach chairs available. Beds very comfortable too.
The one down side is the beach. With the rough sands they really aren’t walkable and they are never swimable due to rip tides. Some people in the know would swim in the early morning hours (7am) when the sea was calm. I didn’t risk it. We also found getting groceries a challenge and even though Uber was readily available it was too expensive and limiting for us to go to far out places like hiking. We probably would have benefitted from renting a car but that is a toss up. The other challenge was with check in. The directions sent to us did not match the unit and we struggled. It was not until one of the hotel staff noticed that the internet was Duna that we knew what unit to go to. We arrived late at night and this was a bit harrowing. Otherwise, it was fabulous. Would definitely rent again.
