About this house rental
Brand new property , furnished to a very high standard , 10 minute walk to the beach , quite location , but only a short walk to the pubs , bars and restaurants . With three bedroom and three bathrooms , one super king , one king and a new double sofa bed . TVs in all rooms sky in the lounge 65 inch , kitchen 75 inch and snug 42 inch seating on the front and rear balconies. , dining room and kitchen are open plan with seating for eight people , this is a very luxurious property .

This is a very comfortable and well equipped property in a great location , about 10 mins walk downhill to the town and the beach. Communication with the owner was excellent and there is plenty of information in the house about the local area, walks and things to do. A huge selection of beach gear (chairs,towels,body boards etc) is provided together with a handy trolley to put it all in.
The beds are comfy and the showers work properly - what’s not to like!

The house is furnished to the highest standard throughout, we were welcomed by Carl the owner and shown around the property.
There was a beautiful welcome pack with cream tea , biscuits, fudge even hot chocolate spoons for the boys, with some fizz chilled in the fridge which was a lovely surprise.
The house is set on a hill so you get perfect sea views from the glass balcony to the front of the house and is a 10 minute walk to the beach.
Good information left in the property with recommended walks and places to eat.
Perranporth is lovely and we had some lovely meals out.
If you would like a little bit of luxury for your holiday rental in a perfect location then this is a place I would definitely recommend.
