Beautiful one bedroom apt with specious private balconies. Amazing view of the ocean and intercoastal throughout the apt. The apartment offers a specious liviningroom, dinning area and kitchen. Washer machine dryer and dishwasher also available in the apartment. Resort is within walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping centers. The building offers free shuttle to the beach starting at 9:00am. Parking fee is $35.00 per night up to 3 nights, $25.00 per night from 3 to 7 nights and $175.00 for 7 nights up to 31 days one time fee. No resort fee. You are within 15 minutes to Fort Lauderdale international airport.

I was hoping the other reviews weren’t true, but the property is dirty and neglected especially the floors and balcony. The slider doesn’t lock.
The elevator does take forever and it was only valet parking. For the price I cant complain too much. It did have a large balcony with a beautiful view. Having a small kitchen and washer and dryer was great.
