About this house rental
Relax in this peaceful and serene space in the wonderful area of Massanutten.
The home is a two-story cottage with a large backyard that overlooks the woods for a tranquil and pleasant stay.
The cottage is located inside the community of Massanutten Resort. The resort is a four season resort offering amenities such as skiing, snow/grass tubing, ice skating, two golf courses, indoor/outdoor water park, mountain biking, zip lining, putt-putt, go-carts, tennis, swimming, fishing and more!
The space
A cosy 3 bed-2 bath two-story home. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds and the third bedroom has a twin bed and twin bunk beds. Upper level has one bedroom and one bath, lower level has the master bedroom, the bedroom with the bunk beds, a bathroom and laundry room. Both levels have patios with rocking chairs to enjoy the beautiful view in the backyard.
Guest access
Please park at the top of the driveway. There are two graveled spots that belong to the house. If more than 2 vehicles, you can park on the street, making sure you are not blocking any driveways or fire hydrants. Our driveway is steep and narrow, so we suggest that all our guests park at the top of the house and carefully take the stairs down. If you must park in the driveway, we suggest you back up slowly into the driveway and carefully park on the flatter surface.

Everything was as stated on the website. Very spacious and homelike. Kitchen utensils and cookware was A-1. House was very clean and easy to access. Will definitely stay again.

Overall the house was nice and clean. There needs to be some general upkeep, such as some of the the circuits not working and breaker would not reset. Ie no microwave or outside/dining lights. For the money I was charged, that all should have been in working order upon arrival.Communication with the owner was good, she offered a handyman to fix, but this is a problem requires a certified electrician. We don’t want workers coming and going while we are trying to be on vacation.
