About this house rental
This beautiful 5-bedroom home is perfect for a Colorado family vacation with stunning mountain views and wooded privacy. Mountain Gate offers a relaxing getaway, yet is close to the ski slopes, downtown, and all outdoor activities.
An open floor plan allows for plenty of family gatherings and entertaining space with a spacious great room with a vaulted ceiling, a large sectional sofa, a cozy fireplace, a TV, and full-length windows with stunning views. Catch up with family and friends in this incredible space let your vacation begin.
A spacious kitchen invites family meal prep with GE Monogram appliances including dual dishwashers, custom cabinetry, plenty of workspaces, a warming drawer, and a large center island with bar seating for four onlookers. A corner breakfast nook seats 5 with beautiful mountain views, great for morning coffee or as a kid's table. On the other side of the kitchen is an elegant dining area that seats 10 - the perfect spot for meals with friends and family. In warmer months, enjoy the use of a grill on the deck and watch the sunset behind the mountain peaks.
On the main level is a lovely primary bedroom with a king bed, wall-mounted TV, cozy fireplace, and views from every window. The primary ensuite has dual sinks, an inviting soaking tub, and a large walk-in dual-head shower and steam room
Next door, a private office space is great for remote workers with high-speed WIFI, a queen-sized murphy bed, and an adjoining full bathroom. A gear storage and laundry room is also available for use next to the kitchen.
On the upper level is a queen suite with a TV, and a private ensuite. Down the hall is a fun bunkroom with a double twin over queen bunk and a jack and jill bathroom shared by a second queen room.
On the lower level is a fun family room with a TV and fireplace, plenty of seating, a piano, a wet bar with fridge and microwave, a billiards table, and a foosball table, for the perfect family game night. Also on the lower level is a king suite with a twin bunk bed, TV and desk area, and a private ensuite.
Slip outside for a soak in the private hot tub, located on the side of the house, nestled privately in the trees and relax under a starry sky.
Other amenities include a garage with an extra refrigerator, and parking for 3 cars. This home also comes equipped with an oxygen enrichment system for the primary bedroom, bunk bedroom and downstairs king and bunk bedroom suite. Four-wheel drive is recommended in the winter months.

This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.
