Super location - the property is a block away from main street (which is perfect for a bit of privacy). The floorplan is open, comfy and modern. We found the kitchen to be very usable and well-stocked. We absolutely loved the balcony overlooking the quiet street below. It's a great spot to have an evening glass of wine or coffee in the morning. We would definitely rent from here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Leland House. The suite was obviously recently remodeled with an open and clean look. The check-in process was easy and communication with the owners was great. We wish we had planned another day in downtown Durango. We definitely plan another trip ana will stay at Leland House again.

Great unique property with updates in the middle of everything. Easy walk for food and drinks. Great balcony looking onto the street.

Love the location, right in downtown Durango within walking distance of everything. Local businesses appeared to close at 9:00 PM, so noise was not an issue at all. The space was clean and bright. Only negative was the dated construction of the building, which allowed quite a few little bugs inside.
