About this apartment rental
This chic colorful apartment is newly furnished with bold colors and comfortable touches. The previous tenant was a Bohemian lady who had a flair for color so we kept the bold paint scheme and expanded on it. The apartment is part of a ground level duplex, and has mostly all new furnishings and updated appliances. The tile in the bathroom is retro style. The location is stellar as you can walk to many of the fun dining and drinking hotspots in trendy Riverside. We are located with in a mile of Interstate 10 and 2 miles from Interstate 95 and the downtown.Dedicated offstreet parking is assigned . A pet is permitted with a $ 50.00 fee up to one week! Guests staying a week or more will have access to the laundry serving my two adjacent duplexes. (A modest fee is charged. )There are security cameras on the premises. Please read the full description so I can meet your expectations! Best, Daiv

Delightful place to stay. Near a lot of convenient places to eat and go out to. A couple blocks walk down the road.

The host was excellent with communication and with checking in with us to make sure all was well with accommodations. Appreciated that there was plenty of bathroom towels and wash cloths. The container of filtered water in the refrigerator was great to have. Dishwasher available aided in easy clean up. Walking distance to stores, shops, bars, & restaurants made all easily accessible. Overall very quiet, comfortable and clean accommodations.

Place was clean, everything u need plus 2
Cupcakes and close to restaurants but a shared wall with another rental was the Demise of my stay as the couple were loud and probably drank too much. They carried on till 2:30 am when the male told the women to go to be, its after 2!
