Refer to the other reviews for the check-in issues .. no difference with us, keys were not in the lockbox, but a very responsive customer service was able to get us a another set. Still caused unnecessary anxiety after a long road trip.
Overall, it was a very nice condo, I would likely stay here again. The only downsides were specifically being told the pool was not an amenity but it being accessible on the same floor, and pictures of the condo included a pool giving you the impression that you have access. Try telling four small kids on vacation that we don't have a pool. I don't know why they don't allow access to the pool, that seems silly.
It slept nicely, the king bed is a bit bouncy. There is no way to darken the room with white curtains. I love a sunrise as much as the next person, but on vacation I'd like to sleep in rather than get up with the sun.
