Apt. features open spaces in the living room and dining area, a bedroom with access to the bathroom, granite countertops, new kitchen appliances, and an independent laundry room with a washer and dryer. Steep driveway. The apartment is next to a highway (I-40) and traffic noise should be expected. Smoking is not allowed in the premises. Although pets are allowed on the property, they are not permitted in the guest's beds.
