Light-filled and quiet, this fully furnished apartment is the perfect jumping off point for your long-term stay in LA. Cook in the brand new kitchen or drive to LA’s best eating spots. The space
This beautiful apartment was renovated down to the studs in 2021 and thoughtfully designed to maximize livable space and natural light in a modern yet highly functional style. Upstairs, the spacious, light-filled bedroom has built-in storage space and a full bed. The kitchen is designed for home chefs, with generous storage space, a garbage disposal and all new appliances including a four-burner gas stove, dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator and microwave. The living room and dining space are open and beautifully furnished with modern furnishings. The spacious bathroom gets great natural light thanks to a well-placed skylight, and the vanity features built-in outlets for hair dryers and other appliances. Your washer/dryer is installed in the bathroom. As you step outside, you can see the Hollywood sign on a clear day. Take your morning coffee or tea on the patio just outside your front door, or bring a book down to your sizable private, landscaped yard. Last but not least, parking is a breeze with an enclosed 1-car garage (which could also function as storage space, a yoga studio, an art studio etc.) and ample street parking on the wide, quiet street. Additional features include central air, central heat, high-speed internet, 50 inch HDTV, double-paned windows, and chic polished concrete floors.
