NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE CONDO, BALCONY, OR BUILDING AT ANY TIME. This is not only our policy, but also Jalisco State Law and violations will be reported to the authorities. Jaslico State law does not allow smoking in any buildings or public spaces. We will also assess fines and enforce possible removal if violated.
Please be aware that all condo units are individually owned, and within an HOA association. It is required to follow all building and HOA rules at all times.

We LOVED this place, the location, the unit was incredible, in the heart of the Romantic Zone. We have memories for a lifetime. This building is a top quality, amenity rich building and the unit was incredible. We spent every morning having our coffee early am listening to the Romantic Zone come alive. The ocean views were an added bonus!
