You're going to love spending your next Davenport vacation in this open and spacious townhouse located in the wonderful Champions Gate community! The lower-level living space is dressed in cool tones, comfy furniture, and shimmering tile floors. Hang out with friends in the living room to watch a good ballgame or Netflix or DVD movie on the mounted flatscreen TV then use the full kitchen to assemble some delicious beverages for everyone. You'll love the kitchen's attractive tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and spacious countertops when you cook up tonight's family meal. You can serve everyone at the wood dining table with partial bench seating and enough room for six guests while the kids chatter away from the breakfast bar's four barstools. Afterward, let the dishwasher knock out all the dirty dishes while you adjourn to the furnished patio with your guests. The kids will love swimming in the private pool while you take care of that last-minute project via the high-speed WiFi. The central AC will ensure everything stays nice and cool while you're here, and when it's time to call it a night, you'll have five well-appointed bedrooms to enjoy, two on the main level and three more upstairs. We enjoyed our stay. Was disappointed that we couldn't heat the pool. Got delayed response from property manager but eventually heard from them. It was too late once they responded about a late check out and we missed that opportunity. We had trouble using the TVs, especially the one in the first room on the 2nd floor. Seems like the right arrow button doesn't work. Other than that, a great stay.

The house was great! Just as pictured. The resort community was lovely the amenities were great, Lazy river, pool bar, water slide, kids wet zone, arcade, restaurant. So many local stores and grocery, You didn't have to drive more than a couple miles to get to almost everything you need. No let downs! Thanks for providing my family with a Wonderful Vacation!

The home is beautiful and very spacious, but it does have a lot of small issues. However, nothing that cannot be fixed in my opinion. I looked forward to experiencing a family vacation, a home away from home. However, I had to pick up and clean the entire trip due to the cleanliness and the maintenance of the home. This home does have great potential, to becoming immaculate but it most certainly needs some tender loving care.
