Complete with a LaZBoy queen sleeper sofa and memory foam mattress this unit provides for comfortable sleeping of up to four people, and a complete kitchen with appliances and cookware for your cooking and baking. A Pack 'N Play and Child Booster Seat are available. Relax on the comfortable patio with table and chairs while viewing the tall pines and sipping your morning coffee or evening glass of wine! You may even see an occasional elk or deer visitor under the trees! A washer, dryer, Wi-Fi, televisions and DVD player are included for your convenience and comfort.
This condo is close to downtown shopping, the fairgrounds, entrances into Rocky Mountain National Park, an 18 hole golf course and driving range, and Lake Estes for walking, fishing, and boating! Additional activities include spectacular sight seeing, hiking, snow shoeing and sledding within the National Park, and around 40 miles down the road is the Eldora Ski Resort. Catch a shuttle into the Park from the nearby Visitor's Center if needed.

Nice, clean, handy place to stay for Estes Park and RMNP. Very quiet and we had shaded parking. A great amount of towels were provided, which you have to wash and dry before you leave. If you want to cook, they have it all.

Great place to stay, far enough out of Estes Park for quiet evenings. Close to quieter parts of RMNP, Wild Basin, Lily Lake and Longs Peak.
