The main level living area has large windows that showcase bay views and let in lots of natural light. Relax on comfortable leather couches and catch up with your family and friends. When it’s time to eat, cooking is a breeze in the nearby kitchen - fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the tools you need to make a delicious meal. The large island is perfect for prepping, serving, or casual dining with stools that seat 6. The dining table seats 6 more, so meals together are a breeze!
All 3 bedrooms boast large windows that frame stunning bay views. The primary king suite on the main level boasts deck access and a private en suite full bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find a second king suite, with a private deck that also overlooks the bay. There’s also a bunk bedroom with a deck. The central area upstairs is a large second living area. It has a TV, anew sofa and table for movie and game nights, and two twin beds, one with a trundle, tucked away on the other side of the stairs. Kids & teens will love playing games, watching movies, or just hanging out away from their parents.
The private boat dock is perfect for fishing, crabbing, or tying up your water toys. Rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower after a day on the water and then grill your fresh catch on the charcoal grill and dine al fresco on the ground level patio. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

The house was nice and we enjoyed our stay! The only issues that we had is the lighting. We were not able to fish at night after the neighbors left because there is no lighting on the dock or the front of the house. The little lights on the docks did not allow you to see. The first night we were able to see because of the neighbors house lighting and their dock lights. The door was very hard to open and would get stuck. The tv in the dining area upstairs did not work. Overall the stay was nice and we would come back but the outside lighting for fishing is an issue. We did call and they had someone to come out and fish lights on the staircase and by the garage area. That was nice or we would not have been able to be outside at night. Thanks, The Walkers

House had clean floors and we loved the convenience of being right next to the water. The only reason I put 3 for cleanliness is because we found roach droppings in kitchen cabinet for pots. The downstairs area had many roaches which we understand is unavoidable but may be treated with pest control. Deck lights, one of the fan lights and the lights downstairs not working (3 lights downstairs not working so a bit difficult to fish downstairs in darkness. ) . Suggest adding dock / jetty lights and pole holders fish lights.

Avid VRBO vacationers and Fishing families (7 in total) :We travel with another family and stay in VRBO houses several times a year. This house was a Great property! Plenty of room for the 7 of us. The downstairs outside area was great, but definitely needed more outdoor lights. The little beach area in the corner of the water was amazing for the kids to play in! Hermit crabs galore ! The guys fished all day and evening until it was too dark. Caught hard heads, a huge gar, 2 sting rays and smaller bait. A green light or fishing lights would definitely help and also there are no fishing rods on the dock or around the water, we brought our own. This management company is very good at communicating and super nice !ONE THING TO NOTE: and I say this informatively and not bashing the house, again a great property!you will only have the absolute minimum left for you in regards to TOILET PAPER (one role per bathroom), paper towel (1 roll), dish soap (very smallBottle), 2 trash bags. The kitchen is not stocked with Anything besides plates and utensils. So you willNeed to get all cooking stuff. The cooking-ware isn’t terrific, but it gets the job done. There is not any shampoo, conditioner or body wash/soap. There are no sand or beach itemsFor kids. The kayak in one of the photos is not for guest use. There is a community pool but you have to pay 100 cash deposit to get the key which wasn’t bad. These are things to be mindfulOf. Again it’s a great property !
