Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

The fact that there is a boat ramp within 2 minutes and the slip at the condo were major factors. Furniture was comfy and location was great. We enjoyed our stay very well.

Location was grate, kids loved fishing off the deck… unfortunately there was burn marks on the carpet of masker bedroom smelt of cigarettes.. plastic shower curtain ripped and stained.. salt pepper shakers there but empty. Loose/broken stairs going down toThe dock(my daughter feel and lost her phone in the water from the loose/broken step).
