About this house rental
Enjoy a beautiful original decoration. The living room balcony has an outdoor seating area to enjoy the beautiful garden views. The unit has high speed internet and cable TV. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, pots, pans and utensils, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, knife set, cooking and even serving utensils. Attached bathrooms include bath towels, bath mat, washcloths, and hand towels. Towels for up to 6 people.

Marbella is a private property with 24 hour security on site. There is private parking on site. The complex has a swimming pool and excellent gardens. Inside the apartment you will find a washer and dryer, but there is also a laundry facility that you can use for an additional fee.

Excellent location. Grocery shopping, restaraunts and public transporation close by. Beautiful pool area. Unit is back in property, so nice and quiet. Fully appointed with very comfortable beds. Tania looked after any issues quickly and effectively.

My stay was thankfully more peaceful this time. In November 2019 when I stayed at this same apartment, there was a condo construction next door that rendered the place completely uninhabitable during the day. This time, on my third day, I came back to an acrid odor coming from the kitchen area. It was similar to a smell from a shorted electrical wiring. I searched the entire place but could not locate the source of that smell. On my check out, I pointed out the smell to the fellow who came to get the keys from me. Later back home, I got a message from the operators of this place accusing me of having smoked in the apartment. I have never smoked cigarettes or anything, ever. I did not bring a guest once to this place. The property is guarded around the clock. Security log will show I never once brought a guest there. No one smoked in the apartment. I handed back the apartment in the same pristine condition it was given. I took a video of the place as I handed the keys over. I've done the same with everywhere I ever been.
