The lowest part of the backyard is shared between both units and has games like cornhole and bocce ball. Each level has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, so a total of four bedrooms and four bathrooms for the entire duplex. 🛋️



Guest Access:

Entry to this property is controlled by a smart lock. The morning of check-in, you will be sent an email with the smart lock code and any other relevant details for entry. 🔑

While NoiseAware is not a recording device, it does monitor noise levels to ensure they remain at a level that is respectful to our neighbors and to alert us of fire alarms while guests are not present at the property.
