cooking utensils. All you need to prepare your meals.

It was a beautiful condo, in a beautiful location. We were in town for a family funeral. So it served as a great meeting spot for our loved ones. We were able to take our granddaughter to the roof top pool, and enjoy happy hour reminiscing. The communication was not very good, but we made do, and it all worked out. We would definitely stay here again.!Thanks, Heather

The place is as advertised! It’s great to have a living room and kitchen. Just be aware of the resort fee.

This property definitely has its pros and cons.
Some of the pros are:
• Close proximity to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We utilized the valet parking ($35.00/day) and walked everywhere.
• Loungers are provided on the beach (for an additional fee of $25.00/day).
• Plenty of storage
• Full kitchen, including stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and cook wear to make small meals.
• Rooftop pool and bar.
• Comfortable bed
Unfortunately, there were also many cons.
• There is a wine bottle opener, but no wine glasses, only 3 forks were provided and no sharp knives for cutting.
• There were no hangers in the closet. We had to call the front desk to get them.
• There are exactly 2 pictures on the wall, no other decorations. There is just nothing homey about it.
• check in is at 4:00 but our unit was not ready until almost 5.
• checkout is at 11:00 but we were visited by housekeeping at 9:30 asking us when we were leaving and then again at 10:00 by someone from the property mgmt group.
All in all, our vacation was good, but because of all the cons, I just couldn’t give 5 starts all around. There are other apartments in the resort available through VRBO that were more nicely furnished and decorated. If I had not booked a last minute trip, I would have picked an other unit.
