Fantastic stay. "Heated" pools are still freezing. Facilities are nice. Rooms was clean. Good communication when we had questions. Dryer element was going out so drying clothes was a struggle, but everything was clean and well taken care of. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Overall, the room was nice. We had a few issues with both ceilings fans having broken pull chains. We also couldn't get a picture on the den TV but it was fixed the next day. We were disappointed that there wasn't any drawers or no closet space (due to owner having the closet full) to put your clothes. I was constantly digging thru my suitcase for clothes the entire trip. We did enjoy our stay in the room.

Room was clean and beautiful! Perfect place to stay with plenty of room for the family. View of the beach from balcony was gorgeous. Would def stay there again.

View was great and condo nice and clean, but there were issues. The king size bed was so hard, none of us could sleep on it. I ended up sleeping on the couch each night. Also, the king size bed was too high off the ground. I struggled to get up on to it, before I decided I couldn't sleep on it anyway. My son and granddaughter also tried to sleep there, but couldn't.
Parking in the parking structure, so far away from the room, and having to take three different elevators to get to the room was a nightmare. Luckily I brought my electric wheelchair because I never would have been able to walk that far. Making things even worse was the fact that half of the elevators weren't working, so waiting for one took a long time and when one finally showed up, it was often already full. We won't stay there again.
