About this apartment rental
HOLE IN ONE! There is never a wrong season to come to Myrtle Beach. Summertime guests can enjoy all the ocean and sunshine they want, while cooler weather guests can enjoy long walks along the beach or through the gorgeous, multi-faceted Kingston Plantation property (without melting)! If you are a golfer, we don't even need to tell you that there are more than enough public golf courses in the area to get your fill -- ANY SEASON OF THE YEAR!
Our condo is located on the fifth floor -- a PERFECT level for a great view, but no vertigo! You will definitely want to spend time on the deck enjoying your favorite beverage and/or snack, or simply taking in the view. Although our condo is technically considered "oceanview", we have a direct view of the oceanfront. This home boasts over 2,000 heated square feet, plus 370 square feet in deck space. It is an expansive split three-bedroom/three full bathroom floorplan that's ready to accommodate any large family or multiple small groups traveling together for activities like sports competitions, conventions, or simply the guys getting together for a few days of golf and camaraderie!
While an extremely functional home, it still has touches of elegance such as batten board in the hallway, wainscoting and chair rail in the dining area and around the breakfast bar, crown molding in the main area, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen, as well as marble vanities and floors in all three bathrooms. We also have beautiful LVP flooring throughout the main area, hallways and bedrooms!
Set apart from the busier, more touristy areas of North Myrtle and Myrtle Beaches, you can't beat its central location. Although Kingston Plantation is somewhat autonomous with its own restaurants, we always suggest you get a rental car to get out and enjoy all that the area has to offer -- water and amusement parks, golf courses, fine and casual dining and tons of places for retail therapy!!

My teens loved the property and all that there was to do in the area.
I enjoyed the convenience of the condo and there was plenty of space for everyone.
The condo is beautiful and HUGE!!

Beach was absolutely amazing. It was our first time to the area and I must say we loved the beach. Condo actually exceeded our expectations. I believe the sqft is about 2200 and it accommodated our family perfectly. I would say the only downside was the size of the pool, but with a beach like Myrtle who needs the pool. Communication was very easy with quick reply’s to any of our questions. Cleanliness was great! Everything was in order for us when we arrived. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking in the area. We will definitely stay there again.

Carmen was a good host. Regular communication; very easy check in. We've stayed at Brighton before and really like the location, closeness to beach and amenities. This condo has a nice ocean view and we enjoyed relaxing on the deck and watching the ocean. We had only one glitch and that was that the cleaning crew was very shorthanded due to COVID. They were 3 hours past check in to get the unit cleaned, and then it wasn't cleaned well because the previous tenants left it filthy. I called the property manager, though, and she was apologetic (though exhausted) and sent someone to do a touch-up mid-week. Overall, a nice, relaxing stay.
