The property features both an upper and lower living area. The standard booking rate covers the upper level, which accommodates up to 10 overnight guests. If your group exceeds this number, an additional fee of $500 per night applies, granting access to the lower level with extra sleeping accommodations.
*Maximum Overnight Guests**: for upper level is 10 and both levels is 20. The total number of guests on the property must not exceed 20, without prior approval.

The outside of this property is beautiful and well maintained. A lot of room and nice views from the porch. Pool had a lot of debris in the bottom, even after they came for maintenance. The house is fairly worn out and needs attention. Master bathroom toilet makes odd noises every time you flush. No cutting board, no pool towels, no dishwasher pods. Third day in, the property owner lets us know they have another RV coming to stay on the property when it was booked as "private". They pull up right next to the house which caused some back and forth with the property owners to at least have them pull to the front of the property. Overall, we enjoyed our weekend but there was definately some unnecessary drama we should not have had to deal with.

Relaxing property, had plenty of pillows and bedding for everyone. My family enjoyed visiting with the horses and playing games in the sunroom.

Absolutely loved the location and privacy. John was very polite and checked in daily to make sure everything was going good. It is the perfect getaway with plenty of space to host Thanksgiving! We were able to get settled in and have dinner ready for my family and a few of the OTS friends my sister made. Everyone loved it and enjoyed the perfect ranch getaway! We also enjoyed feeding Trigger apples and playing with MooMoo. Our kids enjoyed the hot tub, swimming pool, playground area and finishing the night off with some music by the firepit! We will definitely be staying again when we are in the area!
