This fifth-floor condo sleeps up to eight guests between two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area. Sleep soundly in the tranquil primary bedroom, which features a queen-size bed, balcony access, and breathtaking ocean views. The en suite bathroom offers a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is furnished with two full-size beds and a TV. The guest bathroom offers a tub/shower combination.

Away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk, this well-maintained, beautiful condo building boasts its own gated private beach for occupants to enjoy right on the oceanfront. During your stay, visit the historic Fenwick Island Lighthouse. Walk to amazing restaurants like Tequila Mockingbird, Uber Bagels, or Higgins Crab House, or stop by local shops, movie theaters, and mini golf. Take a short ride to Ropewalk, De Lazy Lizard, Seacrets, Bayside Skillet, or Fagers Island. If you’d prefer to stay in, order takeout from Bahamas Crab Shack. You’re only nine miles from the southern inlet and the boardwalk, and in between, you’ll find the Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park. Head a few miles inland and visit Assateague Island and the world-famous ponies.

It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The location was wonderful. Condo was cute and loved having the washer and dryer. Plenty of towels. Biggest issues was the master bed was so uncomfortable and sunken in w two small adults. Needs a mattress upgrade. Loved having two parking spots and location to so many great restaurants etc. I would love yo go back.
Most importantly Greg P was extremely responsive to some minor repairs and issues. He was in close communication and got everything fixed quickly during a holiday time w excessive heat.

This was our 5th year staying in this condo, which consistently has been clean and comfortable, with easy-to-use amenities (internet, thermostat, etc). Vacasa staff has been very responsive if there are any issues. The ocean view from the master bedroom and balcony is awesome -- my favorite thing is that you're always AT THE BEACH, even while you're fixing dinner or cleaning up after!

We loved the view of the beach. We loved there were linens and towels. The place was pretty clean. However, this place needs a good deep cleaning. The vents are terrible and need cleaning and replacing. We needed to have someone come out for instructions on the television and remotes needed batteries plugs out etc. great place needs upgrades and new coffee pot. Vacasa was very good with customer service. Would still love to rent again in belief these small things will be addressed. Thank you

It has a beautiful view, plenty of space, very very clean, really nice furniture, all the cooking dishes you need even some storage containers for left overs, we pretty much was able to find whatever we needed when cooking, awesome atmosphere, we would love to come back for sure! we had a infant, 6 yr old, my dad who's 60th birthday it was and my sister and my husband and we fit very comfortably and really enjoyed our stay, the beach isn't super full of tourists it's fairly private, and it's close enough to boardwalk you can drive to it. highly recommend this condo! worth every penny! check in and out super easy.
